Molly

Molly has been drawn to the deeper questions in life, why are we here, the nature of consciousness, and the relationship between body, mind and soul. Introduced to Buddhist and Yogic texts from an early age, she grew up contemplating what it means to cultivate peace and freedom within daily life. Her own yoga practice began at sixteen, and has since remained a constant thread throughout her life.

During her twenties, Molly discovered the more therapeutic qualities of yoga, returning to her practice as an antidote to a fast paced lifestyle. What began as a way to slow down, gradually became a means of reconnecting with herself and a way to tune into her heart.

Molly initially trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training before beginning to teach in 2025. Seeking to deepen her understanding of the practice, she travelled to Rishikesh in India to complete her 300 hour teacher training with Talia Sutra. This experience marked a significant part of her journey, allowing for her to become more immersed in meditation, the history and philosophy of yoga, and the wisdom of the sacred texts.

Molly’s teachings encourage opening up the heart with an emphasis on embodied movement, mindfulness, and the art of meditation. She approaches yoga as a practice of curiosity and compassion, for ourselves, and to the world around us. Classes with Molly are an invitation to gather in community, coming together to breathe, move and connect with each other. As well as supporting each individual to be inspired towards reaching their own intrinsic potential.
